The April 2018 release introduced many new features, one of which is our Multi-Account access feature. 

This new feature now allows you to access multiple TrustSpot accounts with a single login. Previously if you had multiple accounts you would have to create unique logins per account, leading to having to manage multiple emails / passwords when reviews come in. 

With this new feature, you'll now have a account drop down at the top right of your account (to the left of your settings drop down). When you click this drop down, it will display a list of all companies associated with your login. Than simply click the one you'd like to access and than you'll be able to access that account. 

To get started with this feature please contact our support team to help you get setup with this. In the future we will look into automating this functionality.
