This article will help you install TrustSpot on your 3DCart Store.

Connecting TrustSpot & 3DCart

The first step is to add TrustSpot into your 3DCart store. This requires copying & pasting a few items of code into your store, which is mentioned below.

Note:  You will need to be logged into your TrustSpot account and within the Integrations > 3DCart area, to obtain the code to paste into your 3DCart Store.

Step 1:  Add TrustSpot Rest API

Within your 3DCart store, you will need to do the following:

  • Click "Settings" for the REST API item

Once within the REST API Apps area, the next step is to add TrustSpot:

Step 4:  Set Order Status & Secure URL

The last step of the integration is to set your order status and copy & paste your Secure URL into TrustSpot. The following items need to be configured from within your TrustSpot account under Integrations > 3DCart.

The Order Status can be set to:

  • Shipped

  • New

When an order is set to this status, the data is sent to TrustSpot to begin the review process once your send delay is met.

The Secure URL is your store URL including the "https", the URL should look like this:

https://your_store_name.3dcartstores.com

Once that's done, click on "Save Settings", and you're done!
