Overview

The purpose of this article is to help explain how to update the information displayed on your store profile page.

Getting Started

1. The first step in editing your store page information is to access your Account Settings, which is located on the top right of the screen under your company name. Click your company name, and a drop down will display, than select "Account Settings".

2. Within the Account Settings page, you can change many fields which will automatically update on your profile page including:

  • Company Name
  • Company Website
  • Company Category
  • Company Description
  • Company Logo

3. We also allow you to display a Support Block on your profile page which contains your email, store hours and phone number to help your customers find your contact information.

To enable or edit your contact information on your support block, click on "Marketing" on the left main menu, than click on "Store Page"

4. Within the Marketing > Store Page, you can now click to enable the support block to display on your Store Page. All fields are optional below, and once completed click on "Save".

You can also preview your store update by clicking on "View my Page" on the top right.
