This article will help you install RaveCapture on your Prestashop Store.

Note: RaveCapture supports both: 1.4 / 1.5 / 1.6 and 1.7
Installing RaveCapture to your Store
Step 1: Visit the Integrations Tab on the menu within your RaveCapture Account and select Prestashop.
We have 2 listings: 1.4/5/6 or 1.7.
Step 2: Download the Prestashop plugin to your computer.
Step 3: Within your Prestashop backend, go to:
IMPROVE > Modules
Upload a Module, and select the RaveCapture plugin that you downloaded above.
After you've successfully installed RaveCapture in your Prestashop store, the next step is to configure your credentials and settings.
Connecting your plugin to RaveCapture
Step 4: From within your Prestashop backend, go to:
IMPROVE > Modules
Installed Modules, and select RaveCapture > Configure
Step 5: Enter your Account Email, RaveCapture API Key & Secret Key, and then click the Save button.
To obtain your API Key and Secret Key from RaveCapture, click on the "Account Settings" link on the top right of your RaveCapture Account. Once on that page, scroll down to view your API Key and Secret Key.
Once the above Keys are saved, you can then configure your options.
Configuring your plugin settings
Below the credentials area, are all of your settings for the RaveCapture plugin.
Note: The following settings are for Product Reviews Only, which begin on our Growth Plan.
Order Status
When an order is set to this order status, the information will be sent to RaveCapture, to start the review request process. The review request will then be sent to the customer based on your settings under the "automatic email settings" portion of your RaveCapture account.
Show Mini Stars on Category Pages
If you'd like to show stars under products on your category pages, enable this option.
Show Mini Stars on Product Pages
If you'd like to show stars under the product name on the product pages, enable this option.
Widget Location
RaveCapture uses this setting to determine where to place your product review widget. If it doesn't show up right away - don't worry! Our team is standing by to help with any template questions.
