The Product FAQ is a dynamic widget that can display your customer Q&A and pre-formatted frequently asked questions on a unique display. Customize the CSS or use our basic design elements to make it your own!

To access the FAQ widget, select Settings from the left menu and go to Trust Elements>Product FAQ.

Once your desired customization has been configured, click the green "save" button. Copy and paste the generated code into your website to display the FAQ Widget on your site. *Please note that in order for any of the Trust Elements to display on your site, our core Java Script needs to be added to your site.
