This article will help you integrate your TrustSpot account with Loyalty Lion to send rewards to customers for submitting reviews and uploading UGC

The process of integrating with Loyalty Lion is divided into 4 required steps ad should take less than 10 minutes:
Input Loyalty Lion API Token and Secret into TrustSpot
Create a new rule inside Loyalty Lion
Apply unique rule identifiers into TrustSpot
Enable individual events
Step 1: Input Loyalty Lion API Token and Secret
Within your Loyalty Lion account, go to Manage > Configuration > Settings. Here you will find the "Token" and "Secret" at the bottom of the page.
Copy each key and input into your TrustSpot Loyalty Lion settings page found at Settings > Integrations > Marketing > Loyalty Lion. After click Save Settings.
Step 2: Create a new rule inside Loyalty Lion
By creating a unique rule, you will be required to create a unique Identifier that will correspond with the event you want to trigger from TrustSpot.
Within your Loyalty Lion account, go to Manage > Activity Rules > Create new rule > Custom Rule. Here you will input your Identifier, fill out the rest of the rule criteria and click Create Rule.
Step 3: Apply unique rule identifier(s) into TrustSpot
After creating your custom rule, copy the Identifier(s) and go back to your TrustSpot Loyalty Lion settings page to paste the Identifier into the field next to the event you want to trigger.
*NOTE: You can apply the same identifier (from one custom rule) for any or all the TrustSpot triggers, or you can create multiple rules with different rule parameters for each event
Step 4: Enable individual events
When you have completed all 3 steps and want to begin sending these to Loyalty Lion to aware points, you will first need to enable the events you want to send by checking the corresponding box.
Make sure to save settings once this is complete.
