There's no better way to jumpstart your new review profile with RaveCapture than to invite past customers to leave you a review.
Overview
Being able to invite past customers to leave reviews is a great way to generate reviews from your customer base - so you're not losing out on the opportunity to get their feedback.
With RaveCapture, you can invite past customers in 2 ways:
Direct Request - one request to a single customer at a time
Bulk Invite Customers - requests to many customers at a time
Invite past customers for Company Reviews
To send a direct request for a Company Review, go to the Company Reviews tab and select Email Campaign Editor > Manual Invite > Direct Request. You will need to enter the:
Customer Name
Customer Email
Once you enter that information and click "Send Review Request", that will place your email in a queue and send it out within 15 - 20 minutes.
To send a Bulk Invite for Company Reviews, go to Company Reviews > Email Campaign Editor > Manual Invite > Bulk Invite. You will need to create a CSV file (template available in RaveCapture) with the following information:
Customer Name
Customer Email
The file can have a max row length of 1,000. Once uploaded, the emails will be sent in approximately 30 minutes.
Inviting past customers for Product Reviews
The process for inviting customers for Product Reviews is the same process, except with Product Reviews you need to select or add the Product SKU/ID (depending on your method).
To send a Product Review Direct Request, go to Product Reviews> Email Campaign Editor > Manual Invite > Direct Request. You will need to enter in the:
Customer Name
Customer Email
Product (select the product from a dropdown)
To send a bulk invite for Product Reviews, go to Product Reviews > Email Campaign Editor > Manual Invite > Bulk Invite. You will need to make a CSV file (template available in RaveCapture) with the following information:
Customer Name
Customer Email
Product SKU/ID (depends on your eCommerce platform, please reach out to support if you have questions).
Note: The product MUST exist in your RaveCapture product library before we send out the direct request or bulk invite. You can view your current product library by going to Product Reviews > Products.
